Our one-stop-machine shop is equipped with extensive thread rolling machines and lathes for producing screws, bolts, and knurled parts with intricate patterns. We have the ability to manufacture thread rolled components from a variety of materials, including 300 & 400 series of stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum. Custom threaded components with high fatigue strengths are produced for our customers by thread rolling cylindrical blanks. The Tesker Model 200 thread rolling machine at our job shop features both infeed (plunge) and throughfeed (continuous) rolling capabilities.

Through infeed thread rolling, we manufacture threaded parts with diameters ranging from 0.078" to 2" and in lengths up to 3". Throughfeed rolling capabilities allow us to produce threaded parts in variable lengths with diameters up to 0.629".
