With our multi-spindle screw machines, we produce parts such as gear blanks, end plugs and washers, for nuclear power generation, medical, aircraft, electronics, and, agriculture industries. Parts with diameters up to 0.63” can be produced in our cam-operated screw machines with programmable control features. Based on your specific application requirements, precision-turned components can be produced from a range of materials, including stainless steel, brass, aluminum, zircaloy and other exotic materials.

Tornos SAS-16 DC automatic screw machines at our machine shop can handle high-volume production operations with tight tolerances of up to +/- 0.00025”. With six spindles, the machine uses different tools concurrently offering greater production rates of up to 70 parts per minute. Our in-house tooling and secondary machining capabilities further allow us to flexibly handle challenging part manufacturing jobs from start to finish. We comply with military specifications (MIL-SPEC) to produce small, intricate parts such as shaft bushings, electromechanical devices, pins, and microsurgery & biomedical instruments.
